Middlechase Property Limited, is a multiple award winning registered and accredited real estate sales and marketing company Founded in 2010. We rolled out a vision of helping property buyers become cashflow. landlords and we have successfully helped over 1000 investors build property assets that produce cash flow for them

We changed the narrative as we pioneered cash-flow property in the Nigerian Market in 2019. Cashflow for our subscribers and clients is a big part of the mission that drives what we do and the reason some of our investors own income property of up to 16 rental apartments and more. The reason is simple… Everyone wants more than just real estate equity. They want real estate that produces cash flow. Fortunately, we are so passionate about our customer’s desire to get the most out of their real estate assets.

— Coach Chudi Kalu

Chairman Of Board

Chudi Onyemeri Kalu is a passionate Property Investor and award-winning Property Developer. He is the Chairman and Co-founder of various establishments across the real estate and construction industry. He is a rental income coach, a Speaker and Author of two best selling books. He has over a decade of experience in the Industry and is a mentor to many.

He is well known for his foresight and knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. He started the trend of Rental Income Development and the concept of Cash Flow in Nigeria. His goal is to share the knowledge and the tools that will empower people to be better Investors and Property Developers.

One of his great achievements include developing unique multi-family apartments that are affordable and able to yield maximum cash flow to owners and investors. He’s the President/ Chairman of Arkbridge Integrated Limited, the mother company to Africa’s Property Investment Group, Property Baron Network, Middlechase Property Limited, Silverstone Managers, Add More Homes and Lastly A-Bricks.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Junadia Danso-Edim serves as the CEO of Middlechase Property Limited, One of Africa’s leading Real Estate Sales and Marketing Company.

As a former Director of Admin & Finance Operations, she was responsible for the development and implementation of Strategy, for all companies under the ARKBRIDGE BRAND. Through her leadership, there was a laudable expansion of all the company’s activities across all front.

As an advocate for order and process, her professional experience spans across various sectors and fields such as Accounting, Administration, Business Processes, Business Analysis, Construction and Project Management, Management Consulting etc. She created an organizational structure that has positioned the company to break even more grounds, after a decade of being in business.

She currently sits on the board of a UK Company – Africa’s Investment Gateway Group(AIGG) as an Executive Director. She is called the Iron Butterfly by some because she’s known not to compromise on any set standard, and always wants to break records.

— Mrs. Yemisi Adeegbe

Chief Commercial Officer/Director of Operations

A meticulous sales person who understands complex assignments, meets tight deadlines and delivers superior performance. Yemisi possesses practical knowledge in corporate sales and marketing.

She is currently the Sales Director of the organization and handles the sales, marketing and Customer Support units effectively. Prior to this role, she has worked for over 8 years in various roles ranging from sales to customer support, marketing & public relations.

Yemisi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti.

— Arch. James Adefuye

Chief Acquisition Officer/ Director of Property Origination

A natural pragmatist who believe the role of design must evolve, James is a design consultant with astute attention to details and has built a strong reputation in the Nigerian Industry for design innovation and professional excellence. James is a graduate of Architecture and a member of ARCON.

He has a built portfolio of completed projects across a diverse range of building types locally and internationally. He has an overview of all aspects of the practice and regularly reviews all projects during design development, contract administrations and construction stages. His career has been moulded by extensive experience with a reputable and multi- national architectural firm coupled with his involvement as part of a design team on landmark projects in the Lagos City Centres.

He has been pivotal in the area of website user interface, visualizations, graphics, media and corporate branding.
